Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. (*Gift Cards are non-refundable*) There may be some exceptions to the return policy stated in the product description.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before you start a request, please see the exceptions below. If your situation does not fit any of the exceptions, you may start a return request.  Send details of the issue, and pictures through the "Contact us" section".

When your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and the address to return your package. We work with different providers; therefore, the return addresses may vary. Also, we kindly request our customers to pay for the return shipping for the products that we were bought with free shipping. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue, and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body butters, and body scrubs), underwear, and body shapers. Exceptions may apply if the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Please send us an e-mail through the "Contact us" section with the specifics of the exchange you'd like to make. Please write "Exchange Request" in the subject.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and will be available to you as soon as your bank releases the funds, usually within 3-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process, and post the refund.

Contact us through the "Contact us" section if you have not received your refund after 10 business days.
