· IntuiBox offers products from different providers.
· Each provider ships the items from their respective address and handles their logistics individually.
· IntuiBox also offers products that are sent directly from IntuiBox in Hamlet , North Carolina.
· Items in one order may arrive separately depending on the provider handling your order.
Estimated Processing and Shipping Times
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which may include tracking information.
Print On Demand (POD) items may require additional processing time.

GENERAL SHIPPING RATES
Depending on the products order, these may fall under our “general shipping rates” which is as follows:
Within the USA:
- $8.99 for Standard Shipping on orders less than $70
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders $70 or more
- Providers that fall outside our general shipping rate may charge a shipping.
Outside the USA:
- $15 for Standard Shipping on orders less than $70
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders $70 or more
- Providers that fall outside our general shipping rate may charge a shipping.
The 1-3 day processing time is also relevant for general shipping rates.
SHIPPING & HANDLING FROM INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSES (China)
Please allow 1-3 days for handling and processing the order. Once the item ships, you’ll be notified via email and you can expect delivery within 2-3 weeks. Some items may be delivered in under 2 weeks.
General Shipping Rates apply from International Warehouses.
- Orders placed mid February - March will process after Chinese New Year has ended
🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local customs authority.
- These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
🚚 Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

- High order volumes or holidays
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
